Only a week or two ago, I was discussing with a friend what a pity it was that we'll probably never see Bloc Party again in a venue smaller than Antwerp's Lotto Arena. Needless to say I was over the moon to hear that the band announced two gigs in the Ancienne Belgique in February. To the point that I was jumping with joy from one couch to the other. Because 'Intimacy' is amazing and Bloc Party is the best band ever, and I like hyperbole. Yay! Now I want to see both gigs. I'm irrational like that.
